The developer Paul Blackburne wanted premium site hoarding installed over his large site with many different levels to protect the site and to showcase the new development. Blackburne wanted Statewide to provide a large corner statement without the usual bracing to attach his advertising and sales information and show potential buyers the fantastic new proposed.
Statewide Property Services provided over 200 lineal metres of in ground Engineer Certified premium site fencing at 2400 high. Also installed was the 7 metre high corner statement right on Stirling highway Perth opening up the potential for viewing by over 25,000 cars everyday.
With premium fencing in place the true potential of this development can be seen by passing motorist and sales have been red hot since the day it went up.
